This incident happened on Christmas in South Bend Indiana where a man was unconscious or asleep in his vehicle and was approached and harassed by 3 goon cops who basically threaten to shoot him for not responding to them knocking on his car window. He is then tasered and assaulted by these criminals and had to be taken to the hospital for his injuries. To make matters worse, he is then charged with 3 counts of battery on police officers and for "resisting arrest".
