Vice President Joe Biden, head of the Interagency Gun Control Task Force,
(GCTF) spoke to the press after a meeting with various interest groups
discussing strategies on gun-control legislation. Biden said that
President Obama is seriously considering using executive orders to have
mandates on firearms, effectively circumventing the Congress and
