Did
you know that the UN has a plan for running the world and it is right
out in the open? It is called "sustainable development", but it is far
more comprehensive than it sounds. The truth is that the UN plan for
running the world would dramatically alter nearly all forms of human
activity. A 204 page report on "sustainable development" entitled
"Working Towards a Balanced and Inclusive Green Economy, A United
Nations System-Wide Perspective" has been published in advance of the
upcoming Rio + 20 United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development
in Rio de Janeiro. You can read the full report right here.
It envisions a vast system of global carbon taxes, massive global
safety nets and the implementation of a one world green economy. Many
of those that are pushing "sustainable development" on a global level
believe that they are doing it for the good of the planet. In fact, the
204 page report mentioned above even says that the transition "to a
green economy requires a fundamental shift in the way we think and act"
but that it will be worth it in the end. What people need to understand
is that throughout modern history tyranny has almost always been
initially introduced by people that believed that they had "good
intentions". No matter how much friendly language the UN uses in their
reports, the truth is that what they are promoting is an insidious
agenda of absolute tyranny on a global scale. (Read More.....)
Tara Freymoyer and Matt Merkel of Birdsboro, Pa., have both given up deodorant, to mixed reviews from friends and family.
A DAILY shower is a deeply ingrained American habit. Most people would no sooner disclose they had not showered in days than admit infidelity. But Jenefer Palmer, 55, of Malibu, Calif., cheerfully acknowledged recently that she doesn’t shower or shampoo daily and doesn’t use deodorant. Ever...
A growing number of people are cutting down on daily showering and hair-washing. So could you join the extreme soap-dodgers?

If you are reading this article over breakfast, the chances are you have recently stepped into the shower, lathered up your hair and torso, rinsed off, towelled and blow-dried, before dousing your armpits with deodorant, and wafting on a fog of perfume or aftershave.
Then again, maybe not. The New York Times has just reported on a new trend towards what's sometimes known as soap-dodging. Among those who have cut down on daily showers, baths or hair-washing were a woman who swipes a sliced lemon under her armpits instead of deodorant, another who uses baby wipes to freshen up after her lunchtime runs, and a salesman who shampoos only once a month and gave up anti-perspirant for three years.
Think this is only happening in the US? Think again. There are plenty of signs that this carefree attitude to cleanliness is popular in the UK too – and in some cases growing. Last year, a poll for tissue manufacturer SCA found that 41% of British men and 33% of women don't shower every day, with 12% of people only having a proper wash once or twice a week. (These figures place us behind Australia, Mexico and France in the personal hygiene stakes.) Around the same time, research by Mintel found that more than half of British teenagers don't wash every day – with many opting for a quick spray of deodorant to mask any stink...
The Moneyless Man says you don't need to pay out for expensive, polluting products to stay clean and well-groomed
You're ugly, you smell and you need our help. They may not say it so explicitly, but that's what the marketing departments of Johnson & Johnson, L'Oreal and their ilk would love you to believe. Without their product, you're incomplete. It's the most attractive insecurity to exploit: your desire to be attractive.
We all want to look our best, and nobody wants to smell bad. The positive news is that there are a number ways you can stay naturally fresh without spending a penny.
My main tip: do absolutely nothing. Stop washing so damn often and definitely don't use soap. I appreciate that this contradicts everything you've ever been told to believe, but you'd be surprised. It's common knowledge that washing your hair every day can actually make it greasier. I've found the same goes for your skin...
People such as me are often accused of wanting to return to the 19th century. But, if the New York Times is right about a new trend, some on the Left want to go back to the Middle Ages. What is that trend? Avoiding soap, deodorant, and even bathing regularly. Today, though, it’s often for environmental reasons.
It seems that top-notch Western hygiene has now joined SUVs, Wal-Mart, tobacco (not the wacky kind — it’s in fashion), guns, McDonald’s, and white males in the Museum of Politically Incorrect Persons, Places, and Things.
For example, Guardian writer Kira Cochrane tells us about 51-year-old environmentalist Donnachadh McCarthy, who boasts that he’s gotten his water consumption down to about “20 litres a day,” that he’s “as clean as everyone else,” and that he’s trying to reduce his “carbon footprint.”
If I were Donnachadh, I’d be more concerned about my stink footprint...

A commercial for Audi mocked consumers for failing to recycle (and endorses the company's diesel-powered car). But the "green police" may be more real than they know.
Beware the green police. They don't carry guns and there's no police academy to train them, but if you don't recycle your trash properly, they can walk up your driveway and give you a $100 ticket.
They know what's in your trash, they know what you eat, they know how often you bring your recycles to the curb -- and they may be coming to your town soon. That is, if they're not already there.
In a growing number of cities across the U.S., local governments are placing computer chips in recycling bins to collect data on refuse disposal, and then fining residents who don't participate in recycling efforts and forcing others into educational programs meant to instill respect for the environment.
From Charlotte, N.C., to Cleveland, Ohio, from Boise, Idaho, to Flint, Mich., the green police are spreading out. And that alarms some privacy advocates who are asking: Should local governments have the right to monitor how you divide your paper cups from your plastic forks? Is that really the role of government?
In Dayton, Ohio, chips placed in recycle bins transmit information to garbage trucks to keep track of whether residents are recycling -- a program that incensed Arizona Sen. John McCain, who pointed out that the city was awarded half a million dollars in stimulus money for it...
Prince Charles: Says taking showers rather than baths could save £15 per year
Prince Charles has told British families to take shorter showers to help protect the environment.
The instruction came at the end of a list of 20 lifestyle changes recommended by the Prince of Wales for his new green campaign, Start.
In separate advice endorsed by the Prince, he was more detailed – urging people to give up baths in favour of 'short, refreshing' five minute showers.
His campaign website reads: 'Snub the tub. If everybody in a four-person family replaced one bath a week with a five-minute shower, you could save between £5 and £15 per year off your energy bill.'
However, the 61-year-old Prince might need to tackle his own family's washing habits before telling the rest of the country how to behave. His father the Duke of Edinburgh, 89, takes baths...
The actress says she is concerned with the growing skepticism surrounding global warming.
The subject of global warming has become a hotly debated topic over recent years, with many questioning whether it is an issue worthy of serious concern or whether it’s simply a marketing
term concocted by “green” companies to boost their profile and revenue.
But one person who is concerned about the skepticism against global warming is Hollywood actress, Brooke Shields.
“It all upsets me because I feel like we keep losing sight of simpler, smaller things,” Shields told Pop Tarts. “I don’t know what is true or not, I only know what I can do on a daily basis because I believe in it. Whether I am turning the water off in between brushing my teeth, which my little daughter is the police of, or I am recycling, or switching my products or using an energy saving washing machine…. I just have to do the best that I can do and keep doing more.”
Shields stars alongside Brendan Fraser in the new family comedy “Furry Vengeance” which is centered around a real estate developer who has to go up against a clique of angry animals when his new housing subdivision encroaches on their habitat. Led by a raccoon, the woodland critters seek revenge to stop the construction and teach the developer about the environmentalconsequences of humankind invading nature.
“There’s an eco message but it is not something that we’re preaching,” Shields explained. “We hope it spurs conversation with our kids about Mother Nature, the environment and the animals and how they can respect that.”
Speaking of kids, the stars of the “Furry Vengeance” and its studio Summit Entertainment have gone one step further and teamed up with Participant Media (a Los Angeles-based entertainment company which focuses on socially relevant, commercially viable feature films, documentaries and television) to integrate a social action campaign that will coincide with the film’s release.
The campaign will focus on further advocating the message of wildlife
and habitat preservation in over 16,000 schools across the country and educate pupils on the effects everyday decisions have on their terrain.
WOW! I do not know where to begin! Talk about Orwellian-doublethink!
Ms. Shield says "I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS TRUE OR NOT..." Okay, then why don't you do some investigation and find out "WHAT IS TRUE OR NOT" ?
Then she says "HER LITTLE DAUGHTER IS THE POLICE OF HER" turning the water off in between brushing her teeth. GEORGE ORWELL CALL YOUR OFFICE... He writes about this in 1984...
"Nearly all children nowadays were horrible. What was worst of all was that by means of such organizations as the Spies they were systematically turned into ungovernable little savages, and yet this produced in them no tendency whatever to rebel against the discipline of the Party. On the contrary, they adored the Party and everything connected with it... All their ferocity was turned outwards, against the enemies of the State, against foreigners, traitors, saboteurs, thought-criminals. It was almost normal for people over thirty to be frightened of their own children." - George Orwell, 1984, Book 1, Chapter 2
Then there is more Doublethink when she says "There’s an eco message but it is not something that we’re preaching..."
This article shows Ms. Shields to be a classic example of a product Orwellian-Socialist-Indoctrination. Or, as Karl Marx would put it...she is a REALLY "Useful Idiot" (and famous, too).
I would advise Ms. Shields to do a Google-search on the term "Climategate" and go to the following sites...
