America says U.S. and allied forces have now effectively established a no-fly zone over Libya, and halted an offensive by Colonel Gaddafi's forces against rebels in Benghazi. But the Libyan leader is promising a 'long war' against foreign forces. He claims he's opened up weapons depots for anyone who wants to arm themselves.
