TSA Changes No-Fly List Policy After Close Call With Times Square Suspect

The Transportation Security Administration has implemented a new rule requiring airlines to check the no-fly list within two hours after being notified of a special update, after the suspect in the Times Square bombing attempt made it through security at New York's John F.
