Isn't it obvious that there is a significant global awakening happening? Just as the Mayans predicted so many years ago, the apocalypse would become apparent in 2012. But many misinterpret the apocalypse to be the end of the world, when in fact it actually means an "un-covering, a revelation of something hidden."

As many continue to argue the accuracy of the Mayan calendar, it can no longer be argued that a great many people are finally becoming aware of what has been hidden from them for so long. Of course this awakening is not an overnight process. It takes time to peel away the many layers of lies to get to the core of the ultimate truths.

It would be beyond pretentious for us to claim to know all of the secrets of the universe. We don't. Everyday we are humbled by what we don't yet know.

However, it is becoming clearer by the day what isn't true. And by that measure alone, it is possible to determine if you're one of the people beginning to wake up.

World’s First Genetically Modified Babies ‘Created’ in US

In a developing story, the Daily Mail is now reporting that the very first (admitted) group of genetically modified babies have been ‘created’ in the United States. The scientists involved reportedly announced the result on the night of June 27th, stating that 30 babies were born using genetic modification techniques. Furthermore, 2 of the babies tested were found to contain genes from a total of 3 different parents. The experiment also lasted over 3 years or more according to the researchers, which may be one of many.

The ‘GM babies’ were born into women who had trouble conceiving their own children. In order to ‘birth’ the babies, extra genes from a female donor were inserted into the women’s eggs before they were fertilized. After conception, scientists fingerprinted 2 of the one-year-old children and confirmed that they inherited DNA from 3 adults — one man and 2 women. What this means is that due to inheriting these extra genes through the genetic modification process, they will now be able to pass them along to their offspring. In other words, these genetically modified babies — if allowed to mate with non-GM humans — could potentially alter the very genetic coding of generations to come.

New Intelligent Biometric Security Program Can Adapt to Human Behavior

It has recently been announced by Homeland Security News Wire that researchers at the Biometric Technologies Laboratory at the University of Calgary have improved upon current commercially available biometric identification technologies to the point of creating a form of artificial intelligence capable of making decisions regarding biometric information received from a variety of different sources.

The new biometric security program works by simulating the “learning patterns and cognitive processes of the brain.” The system was developed by the research and application of “neural network-based models for information fusion.”

Professor Maria Gavrilova, the head of the lab that conducted much of the research for this project at the University of Calgary stated:

Our goal is to improve accuracy and as a result improve the recognition process. We looked at it not just as a mathematical algorithm, but as an intelligent decision making process and the way a person will make a decision.

What makes this algorithm different from previous systems is its ability to “learn new biometric patterns and associate data from different data sets.”

New Studies: Fluoridation Fails to Reduce Cavities

PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- New research shows that fluoride chemicals added to U.S. public water supplies are not reducing tooth decay as promoted and promised by government agencies, reports the New York State Coalition Opposed to Fluoridation, Inc. (NYSCOF).

This year tax day appears on April 17.  For most of you, your return is now filed and you are waiting for a modest refund.  For the not so lucky, you have just made another huge donation to the government or, as in my case, have filed an extension to delay the pain of filing (but alas, not the pain of payment.)

Traditionally, this time of year is crappy for retailers for all of the reasons above.  So, when it comes to adding to your preparedness supplies, well, all you may have is a buck or two.  That does not have to daunt you and, in many cases, may be just the inspiration you need to pick up a few inexpensive odds and ends to fill in until you can afford a bit more.

Privacy is eroding fast as technology offers government increasing ways to track and spy on citizens.  The Washington Post reported there are 3,984 federal, state and local organizations working on domestic counterterrorism.  Most collect information on people in the US. (Source)

Here are thirteen examples of how some of the biggest government agencies and programs track people.

One.  The National Security Agency (NSA) collects hundreds of millions of emails, texts and phone calls every day and has the ability to collect and sift through billions more.  WIRED just reported NSA is building an immense new data center which will intercept, analyze and store even more electronic communications from satellites and cables across the nation and the world.  Though NSA is not supposed to focus on US citizens, it does. As tyranny continues its march out into the open, it is increasingly becoming cloaked in green.  Under the guise of saving humanity, a chorus of recent announcements within elite circles, think-tanks, educational institutions, and the halls of science are calling for drastic measures to stop the planet's inevitable implosion from an overshot carrying capacity.

A U.N policy paper recently outlined the building blocks for a world government that would enforce a "heavy-handed" approach toward humanity's impact on the environment, as this new epoch of The Anthropocene Age has begun to negatively alter the planet in irrevocable ways.

A rather infamous book, from a rather infamous group called The Club of Rome, is making a reappearance as humanity hurtles toward demise if its stewardship is not turned over to technocrats.  Limits to Growth (1972) is nothing short of a blueprint for population reduction and neo-feudalism; or, as Yale economist Henry Wallich stated at the time of its release, its implementation means "consigning billions to poverty."

It appears that this plan has been green-lighted by the elite, as recent MIT research validates the conclusions drawn by Limits to Growth at this crucial time when we see the world economy imploding, and a jack-booted green police ready to hit the streets.  According to MIT, we are headed toward a guaranteed planet-wide economic collapse and "precipitous population decline" if we do not heed the words of The Club of Rome.

City Mayor Gives Endorsement to Soviet-style Checkpoints in South Carolina

In another development regarding the Kershaw County police state situation, it appears that the mayor of Elgin, a small city located inside Kershaw County, is now endorsing the round-the-clock DUI checkpoints initiated by the Sheriff’s Department.

For those unfamiliar with the situation, Kershaw County in South Carolina first made the news after the Sheriff put all his officers on high alert when a local activist, Jeff Mattox, “Liked” an article on Facebook.

The Sheriff insinuated that the group of activists Mattox belonged to were essentially domestic extremists who wanted to kill police.

Although the Sheriff’s Department received large amounts of bad publicity regarding the ridiculous response by the Sheriff, it did not stop him from implementing a policy of round-the-clock checkpoints located all over the county.

Gas Prices Rising Along with the Bulls**t Meter

The price of one gallon of gas is skyrocketing faster than I have seen for a VERY long time. I live in Southern California and have watched the price jump up more than $0.21 in less than 48 hours! Should people be concerned? Absolutely. But here’s what I think is more concerning:

“Basics, it’s supply and demand, and unfortunately that means rising prices,” said Jeffery Nugent, a professor of economics at USC.

Nugent said there simply aren’t enough refineries producing gasoline in the U.S.

“There are some refineries that are closing down, and it seems that it’s not a very profitable business,” he said.

Cyborg Brain/Machine Interface is Now Reality

Only a few days ago, I wrote an article entitled “Merging Man and Machine: Singularity vs. Humanity,” where I discussed the growing Singularity movement and its implications for humanity as we know it.

At the center of this article was the announcement by researchers at the University of California that scientists are now able to translate human speech into computer-generated signals which are then fed back to human brains as human speech.

While this may seem like groundbreaking news to some, the University of California is by no means the only institution working on such technology. Nor is it the only institution experiencing success in these endeavors.

The Department Of Homeland Security is the very epitome of unnecessary bureaucracy. Its formation was predicated on the existence of terrorist threats, many of which the U.S. government and orbiting alphabet agencies either created through acts of war, or fabricated out of thin air. Its policies of centralization were sold to the public as necessary to prevent systemic “miscommunications” that never actually took place. Throughout our history, it has been a rare occasion indeed when an attack falls upon American infrastructure or interests that was not influenced, directly or indirectly, by the actions of agencies which were supposedly employed to prevent such events from ever occurring. Whether through ‘blowback’, or through ‘false flag’, frankly, most of the harm that comes to our nation is perpetrated by the guiding hand of our inexorably corrupt government.

As a Ron Paul fan, I didn't want to seem like a sore loser after the odd Iowa result where the failed no-name Senator, Rick Santorum, was catapulted to victory with very little tangible support.

Sometimes I just get fed up. And it usually happens around the holidays when we are supposed to be spreading some good cheer and kindness toward our fellow man, just in case we have been ignoring that mission otherwise. Maybe just a week or two of peace....

Then Black Friday comes.

Then the shopping mobs of X-mas.

I know these mobs are not representative of the potential for humanity, or even the majority, but it is what we are currently stuck dealing with, especially in city environments. What concerns me, in this case, is not the pepper-spraying police trying to contain the Air Jordan mob, because one shouldn't be caught dead near the Nike-produced, slave labor, child abusing filth that this particular corporation embodies, nor be seen in one of their chain store, human rights violating centers of degradation. Those who would fight and presumably die for such a cause? Well, it's an open invitation to the whole arsenal in my view.

However, this is what the future looks like if we don't get our act together real quick.

NYC 'Lone Wolf' is Just Another Patsy Entrapped by a Paid Informant

Same story, new patsy. A 'lone wolf' American citizen becomes radicalized on the Internet, a paid "informant" escorts him to buy bomb-making material, and authorities arrest him in the nick of time to save us from a dangerous terrorist plot.

Reuters reports, "A U.S. citizen born in the Dominican Republic, (Jose) Pimentel was arrested on Saturday in a Manhattan apartment while putting the bomb together, police said. They called him a 'lone wolf' who had converted to Islam and became a radical."

New York City police said that Pimentel has been under surveillance for two-and-a-half years, since May 2009 and was monitored by a paid informant who helped him acquire materials for a bomb...[Full Article]

Judicial Reform activist, Bill Windsor, has just added his name to the list of political activists reportedly targeted for assassination by the U.S. Government.

William M. Windsor was informed yesterday by a reliable source that he may be targeted for assassination by the U.S. Government. Windsor is an activist seeking to stop government corruption and judicial corruption.

Windsor was a guest on a radio talk show on Republic Broadcasting on Thursday, May 12. Following the radio show, Windsor was contacted by a known, reliable source who informed him that the U.S. government may be targeting him for assassination.

The report comes from a federal prisoner through his wife. Windsor has been told that the prisoner was approached by government agents offering the man a deal. That deal was for him to infiltrate efforts of people, including specifically by name - William M. Windsor.
