In total, there have been a record 48 assassination attempts on President Barack Obama. Most of these “threats” have turned out to be either staged or unsubstantiated by way of having no real intention to put Obama’s life in danger. However, the idea continues to loom on the social consciousness.

The Secret Service has intercepted an alleged threat on Obama’s life made by a resident of Charlotte, North Carolina. The suspect, Donte Jarmar Sims, was arrested and is being detained based on suspicion of planning to assassinate Obama at the Democratic National Convention.

Sims had made 5 Twitter messages in a 14 minute period that stated “”Ima hit president Obama with that Lee Harvey Oswald swag” and “Well Ima Assassinate president Obama this evening !… Gotta get this monkey off my chest while he’s in town.” A specialist for the Secret Service who monitors Twitter found Sims’ tweets.-[Full Article]

Newsweek has published the above cover on its next issue proudly declaring Barack Obama as “The First Gay President.” Problem with openly gay, British writer Andrew Sullivan’s article is, he’s 3 years late as Sinclair News declared Barack Obama America’s “First Gay President” more than 3 years ago in its earlier Internet web sites devoted to reporting the truth about Barack Obama.

Sullivan for those who do not know is a British Citizen who is seeking to become an American Citizen who was given special treatment by the US Attorney in MA on a Federal charge of possession of Marijuana in a US Parks Service park in MA. The actions by the US Attorney to drop the charges against Mr. Sullivan (as a favor to prevent Sullivan from having his Immigration status changed as a result of a criminal drug conviction which would be cause to deny his application for Citizenship and would require Sullivan to be deported) brought about a stern rebuke by a United States District Court Judge who found the move to be highly suspect and questionable. In addition Sullivan is an avid Obama supporter outspoken attack dog for all things Obama who has been repaid by invitations to White House State Dinners, Parties and his favorable treatment in his drug charge. When it comes to Barack Obama, one of the most important things to understand is that he is a committed globalist.  He firmly believes that more "global governance" (the elite don't like to use the term "global government") will make the world a much better place.  Throughout his time in the White House, Obama has consistently sought to strengthen international institutions such as the UN, the IMF, the World Bank and the WTO.  At every turn, Obama has endeavored to more fully integrate America into the "global community".  Since he was elected, Obama has signed a whole host of new international economic agreements.  He regularly speaks of the need for "cooperation" among global religions and he has hosted a wide variety of different religious celebrations at the White House.  Obama once stated that "all nations must come together to build a stronger global regime".  If you do not want to live in a "global regime" that is just too bad.  To globalists such as Obama, it is inevitable that the United States of America will be merged into the emerging global system.  Just this week, Obama has issued a new executive order that seeks to "harmonize" U.S. economic regulations with the rest of the world.  This new executive order is yet another incremental step that is pushing us closer to a North American Union and a one world economic system.  Unfortunately, most Americans have absolutely no idea what is happening. Since 2005, Veterans for Peace and others have been calling for the impeachment of the sitting president for war crimes. After their demands to lawmakers to uphold the rule of law against Bush were largely ignored (except by Dennis Kucinich who introduced impeachment articles too late in 2008), they renewed their effort to impeach Obama once he continued to bomb sovereign nations without congressional approval. Now, some lawmakers seem to have finally decided to take the rule of law and Separation of Powers seriously.

Obama will face impeachment over his failure to seek congressional authorization before launching offensive military action in Libya last year. Official impeachment proceedings have now been filed in both the House and Senate.

Rep. Walter B. Jones Jr., R-N.C., has introduced a resolution declaring that should the president use offensive military force without authorization of an act of Congress, “it is the sense of Congress” that such an act would be “an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor.”

Specifically, Article I, Section 8, of the Constitution reserves for Congress alone the power to declare war, a restriction that has been sorely tested in recent years, including Obama’s authorization of military force in Libya.

In an exclusive WND column, former U.S. Rep. Tom Tancredo claims that Jones introduced his House Concurrent Resolution 107 in response to startling recent comments from Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta.

“This week it was Secretary of Defense Panetta’s declaration before the Senate Armed Services Committee that he and President Obama look not to the Congress for authorization to bomb Syria but to NATO and the United Nations,” Tancredo writes. “This led to Rep. Boehner gives Obama Friday deadline on Libya

Stepping up a simmering constitutional conflict, House Speaker John A. Boehner warned President Obama on Tuesday that unless he gets authorization from Congress for his military deployment in Libya, he will be in violation of the War Powers Resolution.

In a letter sent Tuesday afternoon, Mr. Boehner, the top Republican in the constitutional chain of succession, said Mr. Obama must provide a clear justification by Friday for committing troops to Libya.

Sunday marks the 90th day since the president notified Congress that U.S. troops had been committed to help enforce a no-fly zone over Libya, which is designed to protect the rebels fighting Col. Moammar Gadhafi’s government.

A singularly remarkable event has taken place in the United States of America. This event occurred in Arizona on March 1^st and was an earth shattering revelation.

A long awaited press conference was given by Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, a five time elected Sheriff, which should have made national and international headlines. Arpaio's credentials include serving in the United States Army from 1950 to 1953, service as a federal narcotics agent serving in countries all over the world with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), and served as the head of the Arizona DEA. Without doubt, this is a serious Law Enforcement Officer, not one to be taken in by tin-foil-hat wearing loons.

NRA official: Obama wants to outlaw guns in 2nd term

A top official with the National Rifle Association said Friday that President Obama will move to "destroy" gun rights and "erase" the Second Amendment if he is re-elected in November.

While delivering one of the liveliest and best-received speeches at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington, NRA Executive Vice President Wayne LaPierre said the president's low-key approach to gun rights during his first term was "a "conspiracy to ensure re-election by lulling gun owners to sleep."

"All that first term, lip service to gun owners is just part of a massive Obama conspiracy to deceive voters and hide his true intentions to destroy the Second Amendment during his second term," he said.

Judge says Obama can be on Georgia ballot
Rejects plaintiffs demand to strike name from 2012 election

An administrative law judge in Georgia today ruled that Barack Obama’s name can be on the state’s 2012 presidential election ballot because he was born in Hawaii, is “native born” and thus also is “natural born” as required by the Constitution.

He cited a little-known determination by an Indiana judge.

“The Indiana court determined that a person qualifies as a natural born citizen if he was born in the United States because he became a United States citizen at birth,” wrote Michael Malihi, an administrative law judge in Atlanta.

“For the purposes of this analysis, this court considered that President Barack Obama was born in the United States. Therefore, as discussed in Arkeny, he became a citizen at birth and is a natural born citizen.”

Malihi’s decision came without any evidence being presented by Obama or his lawyer after they refused to participate in the required hearing under a state law that mandates all candidates qualify for the office they seek.

The law also allows any voter to raise a challenge, and several did. A hearing was held on their evidence on Jan. 26.

Malihi essentially tossed all of the information the plaintiffs and their attorneys presented.

“The court finds the testimony of the witnesses, as well as the exhibits tendered, to be of little, if any, probative value, and thus wholly insufficient to support plaintiffs’ allegations,” he said.

He was miffed at Obama but decided the case on the merits, as requested by the plaintiffs.

“Neither defendant nor his counsel, Michael Jablonski, appeared or answered. Ordinarily, the court would enter a default order against a party that fails to participate in any stage of a proceeding. … Nonetheless, despite the defendant’s failure to appear, plaintiffs asked this court to decide the case on the merits of their arguments and evidence. … By deciding this matter on the merits, the court in no way condones the conduct or legal scholarship of defendant’s attorney, Mr. Jablonski,” he said.

The judge ignored plaintiffs’ urging that a request for a contempt citation be issued against Obama for refusing to appear as subpoenaed.

The decision can be reviewed by Secretary of State Brian Kemp, who earlier warned Obama and his attorney that to snub the Georgia court system would be at Obama’s “peril.”

Mark Hatfield, one of the attorneys who, along with Van Irion, focused on the issue of the definition of “natural born citizen,” said the judge ignored the issue of burden of proof.

“If Obama has the burden of proof, and failed to show up, clearly he didn’t carry the burden,” he told WND. “The judge here completely ignores that.”

He also noted it was highly unusual for a judge to reach into another state’s repository of court rulings to support his decision when the U.S. Supreme Court itself has made a determination.

He said he’s hoping the Georgia secretary of state will evaluate the issue carefully, but he’s prepared to take the dispute to the appeals level.

Another attorney, Orly Taitz, represented several plaintiffs and brought in allegations of fake Social Security numbers and alternative names.

She said Malihi “makes absolutely no sense.”

Under Georgia law, she said, it is up to a candidate to prove his eligibility.

Obama Takes Money From Americans, Gives it to Israel and Brags About It!

Speaking to a convention of Reform Jews on Friday, Barack Obama bragged openly about talking money from American tax payers and giving it to the terrorist Jewish state of Israel!

Obama said in his speech to the Jewish organization, the Union of Reform Judaism, “So America’s commitment — America’s commitment and my commitment to Israel and Israel’s security is unshakeable. It is unshakeable. (Applause.)

“… it is hard to remember a time when the United States has given stronger support to Israel on its security. In fact, I am proud to say that no U.S. administration has done more in support of Israel’s security than ours. None. Don’t let anybody else tell you otherwise. It is a fact. (Applause.)

“I’m proud that even in these difficult times we’ve fought for and secured the most funding for Israel in history. I’m proud that we helped Israel develop a missile defense system that’s already protecting civilians from rocket attacks. (Applause.)”

He openly acknowledges that “even in these difficult times” he has managed to steal cash from Americans and give that stolen cash to Israel! You can tell by the repeated applause that his throng of Jewish supporters couldn’t be happier that Obama is putting Israel’s interest way ahead of America’s interests.

Obama went on to tell his Jewish audience that he would not take American military action against Iran off the table. This shows it does not matter which party is in office, Israel’s interests will come before America’s interest even if that means sacrificing the lives of American Marines, soldiers, sailors and airmen. Nor does the fact that these Israel caused wars are financially bankrupting America. The political whores of both parties believe no price is too high to protect and promote their political careers. The politicians know and fear the power of the Israel lobby and the unnatural power and control of the media organized Jewry enjoys.

It’s enlightening to note the writer of the linked to article, the Jew Gerald Burstyn, is so intent on promoting Israel at the expense of Americans that he is not even satisfied with Obama’s treason against America and her people for Israel’s benefit. He complains that Obama has not done enough and condemns Obama for suggesting that Israel stop building illegal Jewish settlements on Palestinian land and that Israel should start negotiations with the Palestinian people based on the 1967 boarders. I guess Burstyn just isn’t smart enough to realize all of that is just mere talk and Obama does not intend to follow through on any of it as his actions and this speech make painfully clear.

Based on Obama’s words and actions the U.S. military will probably be used again by the politicians, both Democratic and Republican, to remove another enemy of the Jewish state, Iran. Just as the Republican George W. Bush used our airmen and grunts to wipe-out Israel’s threat from Iraq, so Obama, or whichever politician is in the White House, it really doesn’t matter which one as they’re all obedient to Israel, will use and abuse our troops and further bankrupt America to remove the perceived threat from Iran to Israel’s security.
